Part load services offer clients the same high standards of service as a dedicated sole use container but at a lower price and a slightly longer lead time to delivery. Clients are able to specify a fixed date for the collection of their consignment to suit their moving plans, but the difference with a part load is that instead of going directly to the port of export like a sole use container, we bring the consignment back to our depot where it will be stored until we can consolidate it into one of our scheduled departures. Throughout the year we load containers for all of the major destinations every 2-3 weeks with each departure taking between an estimated 8-12 weeks to arrival port depending upon the final destination. Once customs clearance of the whole container has been completed in the country of destination the container will be transported to our agent’s depot for unloading and to make arrangements for the delivery to your home.
A container cannot be unloaded at destination until all the consignments in the container have been customs cleared.
